Q: How do I track my order?

Q: How do I cancel or change my order?
A: We are not able to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. Once you receive your order, we are happy to assist you with your return if it adheres to our Returns Policy. Please email email@example.com to start processing your return.
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we’re happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement – as long as you return it to us within 14-days, unopened and in its original condition. This excludes Sale items. All sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. We also do not make price adjustments for products purchased that go on sale.
Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
A: For purchases made in-store
Bring the item(s) into the VHB store and ask one of our associates to assist you. Products returned within 14-days of the original purchase date that include the original receipt (or can be verified in our system) will be fully refunded via the original form of payment.
If paid in cash, refund will be in the form of a check. Otherwise, the refund will be made in the form of an in-store credit.If you would like to make an exchange for an item at a higher price point, you will need to pay for the difference in price and sales tax. If you make an exchange for an item at a lower price point, you will receive back the difference in price and sales tax to your original form of payment or check if paid in cash.
For purchases made online
You can return items purchased online by mailing them back to us with a copy of the email order confirmation and packing slip. The items need to be received at our store no later than 14-days after the original date of purchase, unopened and in its original condition.
