Stacy Wu has spent two decades reading skin — on Paris Fashion Week sets, in editorial campaigns, behind the chair at her family's San Gabriel Valley and Orange County clinics, and on the TLC series Get Your Face On.
That work has taken her around the world. But the practice she leads is here, in Brea and Costa Mesa/Newport Beach, where she works with clients the way she'd want to be worked with: diagnostically, never transactionally, and with results that hold up under any light.

THE PRACTICE
Two generations. One practice.
Stacy didn't start VHB. Her mother, Mimi Yang, did — in 2002, with a single esthetics chair and a roster of clients who kept coming back because she actually listened.
Twenty years later, the practice has grown into two studios, an evolving treatment menu, and a curated product shelf. The through-line hasn't changed.
Mimi built the practice on patience and precision. Stacy carries it forward with the same instincts — plus the technology, training, and editorial eye she's developed over a career working with high-profile clients and global luxury brands.

The protocol comes after the conversation
Most clinics walk you in with a treatment already chosen. We don't. Every VHB session begins with a real read of your skin — what it's doing today, what it needs, and what's worth waiting on.
That's the difference between treating skin and selling services. We don't push packages. We don't default to injectables. And we don't believe in twelve-step routines that exhaust your skin barrier in the name of glow.
What we believe in: working with your skin's biology, choosing tools that earn their place — Plasma Sono, RF Microneedling, REJURAN — and building protocols that compound over time. The kind of results that take months to show up, and years to undo.

Stacy is a licensed Master Esthetician with over two decades of professional practice. Her work spans clinical skincare and editorial beauty — two disciplines that rarely meet, and that inform each other in everything she does.
THE LINE SHE BUILT
STĀS Skincare
After twenty years of watching clients cycle through products that promised results and delivered irritation, Stacy partnered with wound-healing researcher Arthur Hsia to build STĀS — a clinical skincare line built on proprietary stem cell technology designed to repair the skin barrier instead of stripping it.
STĀS is sold at VHB (in clinic) and used in select treatments. The best-selling Repair Mask has sold out three times and counts celebrity makeup artists among its quietest fans.
What Your First Visit Looks Like
Consultation
Every first visit starts with a conversation. Your skin's history, what you've tried, what's working, what isn't. Stacy reads your skin in real time and walks you through what she's seeing before any treatment begins.
Treatment
Your protocol is built for your skin, not a category. That might be a deep extraction Acne Facial, or something else if she feels like that's what your skin needs. Often, it's a combination of treatments - sequenced over time.
Aftercare
You leave with a personalize at-home routine - with products that are never pushed, but recommended because they have earned their place in our roster. We sell what we use. We don't upsell what we don't.
